Here’s a rather challenging game for everybody. Prototype is a sandbox-style action game, which basically means you don’t have to follow a single patch to reach your objective. You have the freedom to choose the way you want to play the game. Of course this freedom isn’t without limit; you will have to follow the basic story outline which goes like this: You play Alex, a mutant shape-shifted with superhuman abilities of strength, speed, agility, durability, and healing. You are also empowered with the abilities to consuming fallen enemies… a bit creepy, that. As we mentioned earlier, Alex can shapesift and take on the guise of those he has consumed…getting creepier…Alex, of course, has lost his memory and is set out to regain it. He would also need to find his sister to get the answers he is looking for. The game throws two types of enemies at you: one is a set of humans that have been infected with a virus causing them to mutants, and the other are the special squad of soldiers sent out to kill the aforementioned mutants. The most interesting aspect is the shape-shifting ability, a new concept as a mean of destruction. Radical (the developers behind this title) claim that there are 750 different combinations that can be used through this power, so we hope they don’t disappoint us. Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Republic Heroes is an action-adventure game that little brothers can enjoy with their big brothers. The gameplay is simple and easy to play, with a focus on two-player cooperative play. You and your partner will bounce back and forth between controlling Jedi Knight and lone Trooper characters, with a plot that bridges the gap between seasons one and two of the show. Fan-favorite villain Cad Bane is the chief baddie here, and you and your partner will pursue him all across the galaxy.

As a Jedi Knight, you can slash your lightsaber, charge up an epic Force Push, and leap onto an enemy droid in order to control its movement and blaster fire. As a Clone Trooper, your primary weapons are blasters and grenades. Republic Heroes is far more action heavy than the popular LEGO games, keeping the platform-jumping to a minimum. And rather than collect coins, you’ll earn experience points for wiping out enemies. In particular, “bot-jacking” an enemy droid as a Jedi will net you a ton of experience points, which will enable new Force powers, such as lightsaber chucking and bigger Force pushes. The RPG elements are kept light and simple, so don’t expect World of Warcraft-style depth here. Still, it adds a bit more depth and replayability.

In another nod to the LEGO games, you can also cash in your experience points in order to customize your character’s look. You can adorn your character with a face mask themed from popular Star Wars characters (Vader, Maul, Admiral Ackbar, even a baby Jabba the Hutt). Between battling robots, platforming up the sides of buildings, and fighting for experience points in co-op mini-challenges, Republic Heroes is looking more and more like the bigger brother to the LEGO games. The conflict centers around a small island rich in resources named Skira. China march into the Rusian-owned island which forces the predominantly US forces to team up and expel the Chinese aggressor. Yeh… interesting story! The map of Skira is over one hundred square miles, and there are no invisible walls holding back your process. You are free to take any path you believe to reach the objective and flank the enemy any way you wish. But rather than running around you need to make use of your squad and be strategic.

Another good feature of this game is that the difficulty level. There is no change in health point or number of enemies. Instead when you choose normal level then you can see compass, the location of your next objective and any friendly indicators you need to look forward to. And at other hands when you choose hardcore, it eliminates all of these visual indicators. It’s very helpless, and you’ll feel instantly fragile with just a gun and a map in your hands.

Beauty of reality is that if you want to shoot any enemy with sniper rifle from over 600 to 700 meters then you will need to aim a little higher the target.

You can command your squad with command menu to do some difficult jobs in the game. The game supports maximum 16 players at one time.

I can say that Operation flashpoint is better in some extend than Modern Warfare. It wants you to think more and more strategies than any other game. So if you are fan of Modern Warfare you must try Operation Flashpoint 2 also.

I hope that you saw the James Cameron’s Avatar movie and enjoyed it, so it’s time to play the game. This is more than a game; it’s a 3D experience. The goal is to match the vision of the movie, Ubisoft representatives have explained. Though you don’t have to play the game in 3D (there’s an option to turn it on or off), it looks so good you may want to invest in a 3D-capable. Either way the game looks stunning. The planet of Pandora is a tropical haven of exotic plants that glow at night and is home to colorful dinosaur-like creatures. In 3D, everything pops with “Depth of Field” effects that appear as though you’re looking into the world as well as “Out of Field” effects where things, such as hanging vines and charging beasts, come out of the screen at you.
If the standard third-person shoot-and-kill soldier play style isn’t your thing, you can also play as an Avatar. Avatars are human Na’vi hybrids engineered by humans who cannot breathe the air on Pandora. Through mind control, you will guide an Avatar to fight with the Na’vi against invading humans. There is a point in the game when you’ll have to make a tough choice: Stay and fight with the RDA military, or join the Na’vi as an Avatar.
So Avatar is totally different gameplay as compared to other games. If you are playing as a Na’vi hunter then, you will play as a ten-foot tall equipped with a battle staff and if you are playing against humans then will get bows and arrows. So I recommend try your hands on it and I guaranty that you will find some worth in it.

If you are big fan of racing games then definitely you are the fan of NFS Series like me. The Need for Speed series is getting a massive reboot, and the promising results are approaching faster than any other racing game. SHIFT will put you in the driver’s seat in what may be the best cockpit view ever seen in any racing game. But it’s the new career mode that will get your blood pumping, offering something no other racing game has: an RPG style Driver Profile complete with skills, ranks, and badges.

Your Driver’s Profile ranks your performance across two different categories. Depending on your driving style, you’ll earn points that will define you as a “precision driver” or an “aggressive driver.” For example, trading paint with another car is categorized as an aggressive behavior. Cleanly overtaking the car, however, is categorized as a precision maneuver. Your Driver’s Profile all depends on how you drive, and you’ll earn badges and experience points in each category. After a race, you’ll be graded on your performance in a variety of categories: drifting, scratching paint, mastering corners, following the line, and more. Busting out slick moves during a race will net you experience points. String multiple moves together, and you might earn experience multipliers.

The career mode breaks down into a series of tiers that get more advanced as you progress. In each tier there are a number of race types: manufacturer races, endurance races, and one-on-one classic car battles. Completing a race will earn you stars, which are your key to unlocking new races and advancing to the next tier, so it pays to keep playing. But wait one problem…….. You’re going to need a car! SHIFT comes bundled with 80 cars, and you’ll need to earn cash to buy them all. For the first few races, you’ll drive a loaner car so you can build up a bank wad. As earn more cash, you can buy a new car, or upgrade your current car with turbo packages, engine upgrades—the works. You can visit your garage, which serves as your gateway to a modern engineering gallery of high-performance cars. Alien Vs. Predator will be one of the most anticipating game of 2010. Now multiplayer is the main focus this time around, but developers has also seen fit to include a single-player campaign. The Alien Vs Predator contains three different species (Predator, Alien and Marines) on the planet BG-386.

Let’s talk about playing experience in with different species. Playing as a predator is more of a strategic experience, selecting predator benefits more because it bears good body and protective armor. As well as a fantastic shoulder mounted cannon, it is used to target. Now you can jump from one standpoint to another very simply and swiftly, but you’ll have to refill your energy constantly.

Second one is the Marines play much like any shooter you’ve played before but with some major changes like motion tracker. And last one Alien. The raw power and speed of Xenomorph needs to be appreciated. Faster here than ever before, it can quickly get to any opponent.

The game has 18 multiplayer levels. As compared to all three species the Predator has more opportunities than Aliens and Marines. Marines aren’t able to cut a Predator’s throat or guillotine an Alien, but you can floor them for a instant shot to their sensitive areas.

UFC Undisputed 2010

UFC 2010 Undisputed is an upcoming mixed martial arts video game featuring Ultimate Fighting Championship properties and fighters. It is scheduled for release on May 25, 2010.

A first look of the game was shown on December 12, 2009 at the Spike Video Game Awards, while showing the first look at Ultimate Fighter participant, Kimbo Slice.

Along with Slice are numerous newly added fighters to comply with the previous list from the 2009 version of the game. 2010 will also have a more “professional” type feel featuring inverted submissions, using the cage walls of the octagon to pressure your opponent, southpaw stances and a polished ground game with more capabilities for more advanced grappling.

God of War III

God of War III takes place right where God of War II ended, with Kratos on Gaia’s back. But to be honest we could care less if Kratos was on the back of B. Arthur fighting her to the death, it’s just so much damn fun fighting as Kratos, hacking slashing and ripping everything to shreds. If you own a PS3 this will game will be the exactly what you needed, something to shove in your xbox 360 friends face.

God of War III is expected to feature gameplay similar to that of previous installments. Only three weapons have been confirmed so far: his bow, the trademark Blades of Athena, and the Cestus, a pair of fist gauntlets shaped like lion heads. This new weapon appears to have the ability to smash through solid objects such as rocks as well as a similar ability as the Blades of Athena. The Golden Fleece appears on Kratos’ arm in gameplay trailers and the demo, and the Icarus’ wings, showing that he keeps both from his adventure in God of War II.

This science fiction third person shooter was a huge hit for Capcom last time around and Capcom isn’t trying to rock the boat, after all if it ain’t broke don’t F IT UP! The game will be taking place in the same planet as the first Lost Planet just ten years later. The setting may be the same but the characters are not. With the ability to fully customize your hero the possibilities sound endless.
